Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups bread pieces.5 cup of raisins2 cups of milk.25 cup brown sugar2 eggs.5 tsp salt2 tbsp butter1 tsp vanilla.5 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Place bread in buttered baking dish.
Pre-soak raisins in boiling water
Scald milk, add butter and sugar
Beat eggs slightly, add salt and vanilla
Pour milk over egg mixture
Pour mixture over bread-add raisins and blend.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake @ 350* for 1 hour, or until knife comes out clean.
