Turkey Meatballs 4 servings

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey (use the leanest, if available)1 c. quick-cooking oats1 Tbsp. dried italian seasoning (or fresh herbs, if you have them)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients and portion out into golf ball size meatballs. Should make 16 or so.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Serve w/ spaghetti.
