spelt banana flax date loaf

Ingredients
1/2 cup ground flax seeds3 ripe bananas mashed1/2 c yogurt, plain fat free1/2 c taikoo sugar or granulated sugar2 eggs1 1/2 c spelt flour1/2 t baking powder1/2 t baking soda1/2 t salt1/4 c whole flax seeds (I used omega crunch)1/2 c chopped pitted dates
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease loaf pan.

Beat bananas, yogurt, sugar and eggs. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients (including whole and ground flax seeds). Add to banana mixture. fold in dates.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
