Spinach and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1.25 cup (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)*Shortening, Crisco, 5 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 8 large (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Sour Cream, .5 cup (remove)Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove)Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
Directions
*Flour, white, 1.25 cup (remove)
Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
*Shortening, Crisco, 5 tbsp (remove)

Mix the above three ingredients with 4 to 5 Tbsp of water. Roll out and lay in 9" pie pan. Bake for 13 minutes on 450

Egg, fresh, 8 large (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Sour Cream, .5 cup (remove)
Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove)
Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)
Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)

Mix the rest of the ingredients above and pour into hot crust. Bake for 57 minutes at 325. Then let set for 5-10 minutes before serving.
