Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm, 397 grams (remove)Yellow Cornmeal, .75 cup (remove)Almonds, .75 cup, sliced (remove)Paprika, 2 tsp (remove)Seaweed, kelp, 2 tbsp (1/8 cup) (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)*Onion powder, .5 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)Dill weed, dried, .25 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)*Silk Soy Milk, .5 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
combine all ingred. except milk.
cut up tofu into whatever shape u want.
dip tofu into milk and then into mix.
spray cookie sheet and tops of tofu.
after 12min. turn tofu and spray again. cook another 12min or until golden.
