Brunch Pita

Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Pita Pocket1 Wedge Laughing Cow Light Original Swiss Spreadable Cheese2 Large EggsSalt to taste
Directions
1. Cook 2 Eggs till they're Sunny-Side-Up (very soft yolks)
2. Meanwhile, wrap Pita in a paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Remove Pita from microwave and spread Cheese Wedge over the top while its hot
4. Once your eggs are done, slide them out of the pan with a spatula onto the top of the pita, covering the cheese.
5. Enjoy
