Corn and Potato Chowder

Ingredients
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels - thawedPeas, frozen, 0.5 cup - thawedLand O Lakes Fat Free Ultra-Pasteurized Half & Half, 40 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 1 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") (remove)
Directions
Heat olive oil in medium saucepan.
Add onion and stir until translucent, about 8 minutes.

Add cream and potatoes. Cover and let simmer
20 minutes.

Using a potato masher, smash some of the potatoes so the soup thickens.

Add corn and peas, heat through and then serve.

Makes 3 1-cup servings.
