1 tilapia filet, 3 oz.1 tsp yellow mustard2 Tbsp Panko crumbs
Spray saute pan with non-fat olive oil cooking spray.
Heat on medium.
Rinse tilapia and pat dry, rub yellow mustard on both sides, sprinkle both sides with Panko crumbs, press to adhere crumbs. Saute over medium till both sides are browned and fish flakes with fork. Serve with lemon wedge if desired.
