mexican tortilla casserole

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground meat1/2 cup chopped onion1 can ranch beans1 can cream of celery soup8 6 in flour tortillas (sliced into 1 in strips)2 cups colby jack cheese1 cups chunky salsa
Directions
brown the meat and onions, drain and rinse
mix soup into meat
spray 9 x 13 pan with non stick spray
layer bottom of pan with tortilla strips
spread meat mixture over tortillas
sprinkle 1 cup cheese over meat
layer tortillas
spread beans and salsa over the layer
top with remaining cheese
bake at 350 for 30 minutes
cut into 10 servings
