Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter1 cup sugar1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Beat together peanut butter, sugar and egg until smooth and mixed well. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and still slightly soft on top.

    I am very skeptical. I just made these and the inside is very wet. I am waiting to see if when they cool it will be something more cookie- like. There isn't any baking soda/ powder, salt, or any ingd to make it rise so they just squished out over the pan... I'm thinking I wasted sugar and PB. - 12/9/11
