Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
3 stalks of celery chopped2 C onions chopped3 # ground round4 small cans of tomato paste6 small cans of water2 t garlic salt4 t oregano1/2 t thyme1 t basil1.5 t cinnamon1 t allspice1 T parsley1 t sugar3 t saltpepper to taste
Directions
Add ground round, onion, celery, and water into a large dutch oven. Place in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes stirring occassionally. Turn oven down to 250 degrees. Add remaining ingredients. As sauce cooks, add more water if needed to reach the consistency desired. Bake for 6 hours
