Ingredients
1/3 Cup of PLAIN Quaker OatsCinnamon (to taste)1/3 Cup Water (this is up to your preference)1/2 banana mashed1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder1/4 Cup 1% MilkOptional: 1 TB Peanut Butter or Add in some plain cocoa powder instead of cinnamon for a chocolate banana flavor!
Directions
Cook the oatmeal/protein/water. Blend in the cinnamon, banana, protein powder and milk.
