Ingredients
1 CAN BLACK BEANS RINSED WELL2 tbl TAHINI2 tbl WATER (MORE OR LESS)1 tbl LIME JUICE1/2 TSP SALT3 CLOVES GARLIC ( I like it garlicy I added 5 to mine)
Directions
rinse beans very well to remove excess salt, place allitems in food processor and whirl away. You can increase water to thin out as desired. makes 1 3/4 cups hummus and 19 2TBL servinsg enjoy!!
