methi, 1 cup (remove)Red Potato, 150 grams (remove)Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)Half and Half Cream, 3 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)Poppy seed, 2 tsp (remove)Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, .125 cup, halves and whole (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)salt to taste
put methi in a plate and add a light pinch of salt, set aside.
put potato in a plate and cook for 1min on high.
mix and grind onion, chilli, cashew,poppy seed,garlic,ginger and pinch of salt.
put methi and oil in a bowl and cook for 2mins high.
add masala to bowl and mix well. cook for 2mins high.
add potato,cream,milk,sugar,salt,jeera&mix.cook for 3mins high.
