Fennel Orange Salad

Ingredients
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced2 large oranges, sectioned, seeds removed2 T craisins1 T olive oil1 T balsamic vinegarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix together and serve. To make it look fancier, you can add a bit of the fronds from the fennel leaves.

    I added the orange zest from the oranges to the salad, and swapped red wine vinegar one time. This is a wonderfully fresh tasting salad year round. - 10/22/14
