Black Bean and Pepper Quesadilla

Ingredients
2 6-inch flour tortillas (I used Old El Paso).25 cup Kraft Free Cheddar Cheese.5 cup pepper/onion mix.25 cup black beansOptional: sour cream
Directions
Pre-heat grill. Place tortilla on grill. Add pepper mix, black beans and shredded cheese. Place other tortilla on top. Grill until slightly brown and cheese is melted.

Optional: Serve with salsa, fat-free sour cream or guacamole.
