Slow Cooked Pork and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
1 1/4 pound pork tenderloin3/4 tsp. caraway seeds1 1/3 cups sauerfraut with liquidsalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
1. Cut port loin if necessary to fit in the slow cooker. Season with caraway seeds, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauerkraut over the roast.
2. Cook on High for 1 hour, then cook on Low for 5-6 hours or until internal temperature of the roast reaches at least 160 degrees F.

For a perfect pairing, Serve with mashed potatoes and applesauce or couscous and salad.
