Lemon prawn vegetable stirfry

Ingredients
1 onion1 stalk celerycourgette1/2 red, green and yellow pepper4 large cup mushrooms200g king prawns2 tsp cream cheese1wedge sqezed lemon juicechilli flakes
Directions
Heat oil add chopped onion and celery
Allow to soften
Add chopped peppers and courgette
cook for 5 mins
add chopped mushrooms

beat cream cheese to soften/liquify and add
squeeze lemon wedge
add prawns

cook till vegetable and prawns fully cooked

serve with noodles
