1 cup low-sodium shoyu1 ounce ginger root, grated1 clove garlic, minced1 tablespoon organic sugar
Combine all ingrediets and store in refrigerator. Nutritional information per tablespoon.
Can be combined with a little mirin or sake and cornstarch to make a great sauce for stir-fried veggies. You can also substitute brown sugar for white, which will add a little more depth to the flavor.
