6 ounces 99% lean ground turkey breastSalt and pepper to taste1 tsp garlic powder2 outer leaves Romaine lettuce2 medium slices tomato8 thin slices cucumber2 tablespoons fresh alfalfa sprouts2 tablespoons fresh bean sprouts2 tablespoons low-fat ranch dressing
1. Form the turkey into a patty, about 4 1⁄2" in diameter.
2. Season the patty with garlic, salt and pepper and grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
3. Cut the patty in half and place each half in the center of one of the lettuce leaves.
4. Top the burgers with the cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, and bean sprouts.
4. Drizzle with the dressing and wrap the lettuce around the burgers and vegetables.
