FCMC Parmesan Baked Fries

Ingredients
1 egg white, lightly beaten1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese3/4 t. garlic salt1 1/4 lb Yukon or russet potatoes (about 3 medium), cut into wedges
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine egg white, cheese and garlic salt.
Add to potatoes; toss to coat.
Spread onto greased baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and tender.

    I loved these! I used EggBeaters instead of egg whites, and served them up with meatless Boca burgers... My husband hated the burger but LOVED the fries! - 2/4/08
