butternut squash and sweet potato soup

Ingredients
2 cups butternut squash (cubed)2 cups sweet potato / yam (cubed)1 onion (sliced)enough water to cover the veg.salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Put cubed squash, sweet potato, onion and oxo cube (chicken or veg flavour) into a saucepan.
Add enough water to cover the veg.
Bring to boil and simmer until veg are nice and soft.
Blitz up veg with all cooking water - add more water if soup is too thick.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Soup Done!
