Tangy Barbeque Beef

Ingredients
3 c chopped celery 1 c chopped onion1 c ketchup1 c barbeque sauce1 c water2 T vinegar2 T worchestershire sauce2 T brown sugar1 t chili powder1 t salt1/2 t pepper1/2 t garlic powder1 chuck roast (4 lbs.)
Directions
Combine 1st 12 ingredients and put in crock pot; mix well. Add roast and cook on low for 8 hours. Remove roast and shred meat. Return to sauce. Serve on buns. Feeds 12 people.
