Personal Breakfast Pie

4 breakfast sausage patties, cooked, cooled and crumbled8 uncooked large Buttermilk biscuits, such as Pillsbury Grands4 large eggs PLUS 2 egg yolks1/2 cup 1% milk1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Makes 8 servings.
Grease large muffin pan. Preheat oven to 375.
Place 1 biscuit inside a resealable plastic bag and roll out to 1/8 inch thickness. Place in prepared muffin pan and repeat process with other biscuit dough.
Mix cooked sausage with cheese. Scramble eggs and egg yolks with milk. Divide sausage & cheese between dough cups. Add egg/milk combination. If desired, sprinkle a little extra cheddar cheese on top. Bake until set, approx 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
