Shelly's Chicken Dijon Casserole w/ Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Chicken, Cubed1 Yellow Onion, diced3 Green Onions, diced1 Cup fresh Mushrooms, quatered2 Cloves garlic, diced1/2 Teaspoon dried Thyme1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salta few twists of Black Pepper1 Tablespoon Butter2 Tablespoons Flour1 Cup Chicken Broth1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream2 Tablespoons Dijon-style mustard1 Cup Cooked Broccoli, chopped1/4 Cup Parmesan, grated1/4 Cup Italian Shredded Cheeese BlendOlive Oil/Pam cooking spray.
Directions
Saute Onions and mushrooms till golden.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Add seasonings.
Make a well in the center of the pan and add the butter and the flour.
Cook stiring 1 minute.
Add broth and bring to a boil.
Add sour cream and mustard, stir all together.
Stir in Parmesan, then add chicken and broccoli and stir to coat.
Pour into a Pyrex casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes till bubbly at at around 350 degrees.
