No bake cinnamon apple dessert

6 fresh apples any variety3 cups of water3 tbsp cinnamon3 tbsp vanilla extract3 tbsp sugar or subjuice from one fresh lemon
cut apples into chunks and remove seeds. toss everything but water together in a large pot. apply heat until you year the apples start to sizzle then add water. cook until apples are thick and soft. You can cook on high heat for 20 minutes or on low heat for a few hours if you would like to keep the apples as chunks:
cook apples until soft and remove from liquid.
bring liquid to a boil and add 1 tbsp of whole wheat flour, cook until thick and add cooked apples.
Top with:
crushed graham cracker
fat free whip cream
non fat yogurt
instant biscuit, rolled flat and dusted with cinn and sugar, cook until golden brown.
