1/2 cup dry pasta1 small can tomato sauce1/2 cup dark red kidney beansadd spices as preferred (oregano, red pepper, basil, parsley)
Boil water in small saucepan -- at least 16 ounces depending on how hearty you want it (I usually fill bowl halfway). Add pasta (1/2 cup dry). When pasta is 3/4 done, add sauce, spices, and beans. Calories/nutrition info are for the whole pot.
