pear cheesecake

Ingredients
16 oz. non fat ricotta8 oz. of Fat Free Sour Cream3 Egg Whites3 pears, peeled, sliced in half and coredjuice of 1 lemonlemon rind12 pkts of Splendadash of salt1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Blend all ingredients, except pears, until smooth. Pour into a square baking pan and place pear halves cut side down on top of the cheesecake mixture. Bake at 325 for 45 mins. Turn off oven and let rest in the oven for another 45 mins. Cool completely, chill and enjoy!
