Creamy Shrimp with Corn & Bacon

Ingredients
1 cup long-grain brown rice4 slices turkey bacon1 tbsp olive oil1 onion, chopped1/2 cup dry white whine (chardonnay)3/4 cup heavy cream (make by Ingredients:• 3/4 cup milk • 1/3 cup butterPreparation:1. meanwhiele, cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, 5-7 mins. Transfer to paper towel then break into pieces. wipe out the skillet

Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until softened, 4-6 mins. Add wine & cook until reduced by half, 2-3 mins.

Add cream and bring to a boil. Stir in the shrim, corn and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. simmer until cook throug, 4-6 mins. Stir in the bacon; serve over rice.
