Pineapple, fresh, 2 cup, diced Mangos, 1 cup, sliced Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

CHOP ALL INGREDIENTS INTO SMALL CUBES AND MIX TOGETHER IN A SERVING DISH, ALLOW TO CHILL FOR A FEW HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
