La Tortilla Factory, Garlic & Herb Low Carb Tortilla, 2 serving (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .50 cup, strips (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, .50 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .5 cup, diced (remove)*Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional, 0.5 cup (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, .33 cup (remove)*Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 10 tbsp (remove)
Mix salsaand sour cream together. Split into 2 bowls.
In 1 bowl add half of the peppers, tomato and mushrooms and mix. Spread on tortilla and place on pan. Spread 2nd tortilla with refried bean and place bean side down on top of other tortilla. Top with remaing sauce, green peppers, muchrooms and cheese.
Bake 425 for 15 min
