Spanish Fiesta Chicken

1-1 1/2 lb cooked chicken1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup1/2 onion1/2 green pepper1/2 package of frozen corn1/2 c fresh mushroomsshredded low fat cheddar cheese1 can Rotel tomatoes3 cups cooked brown ricetortilla chips (crushed)
Combine cooked rice, onion, green pepper, Rotel, corn, and mushrooms in a pot. Heat throughly. Put in a greased baking dish. Place chicken on top of rice and cover with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts. Put crushed tortilla chips on top and broil until chips are crispy and brown. Enjoy!!
