salmon cakes

Ingredients
1lb fresh salmon. Bake this for about a half hour first.Approx. 15 butter crackers or any other kind you like.1 well beaten eggapprox. 4 teaspoons mayonnaise1 tsp Old Bay seasoninghalf teaspoon cayeen pepper1 stalk chopped celery1 med. carrot grated1/4 finely chopped whie onion1/2 teaspoon minced garlicminmced fresh parsley
Directions
Cook salmon first. then mix all ingredients together. Spread bread crumbs on bottom of pan and form 2 inch balls then flatten into 1 inch thick rounds. Melt 2 tspns of butter or margarine in fry pan and fry for approx 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
