Ingredients
2 eggs, well beaten1 cup milk1/4 tsp salt1 cup flour2 tbsp oil2 tbsp sugar
Directions
beat eggs well, add in remainder of the ingredients, let stand for 30 minutes, heat 7" pan filmed with butter, pour in 1/4 cup batter, tilt pan so batter is spread thin, flip over.

can be frozen sealed in plastic.

    I have my own substitues and additions for this recipe. I do all of the above except I replace the milk with Almond Milk and the flour with gluten free rice flour.
    When the crepes are finished, I drizzle some preferred chocolate in the middle then I add frozen berries such as blueberries. - 6/10/14
