Everyone who's tried them raves - so good, even though I just use a scant 1/4 tsp. of salt. - 11/22/10

Awesome!! I skipped the lime juice and extra salt at the end. Very tasty! My son is allergic to potato, but sweet potato is a possible alternative. The were the first "fries" he's had in months.
The thinner the cut and the longer you cook the crispier they get, just be carefull not to burn. - 10/6/10

Made these tonight. My husband said it was the best sweet potatoes he has ever had. I peeled the potatoes and I put less chili powder and added cayanne powder. These had great flavor and HEAT. The kids couldn't eat them, but we loved them! I also only baked them for a total of 20 minutes. - 5/26/10

Made these tonight and they were great! You may not want to cook them as long if you don't like them soft. - 5/5/10

I made these and we loved them. Even my son who "doesn't like yams" loved them. I have always liked sweet potatoes better than white or red. Sure am glad to hear so many positive reports on their benefits. - 3/30/10
