Spinach Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 4 oz 2 T. Teryaki sauce Onions, raw, 7 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Feta Cheese, 1 oz Extra Light Olive Oil, .33 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon Strawberries, fresh, 1.25 cup, halves Pecans, .5 oz (20 halves)
Directions
Strawberry vinaigrette:
1/4 C. strawberries
1 t. extra light virgin olive oil
1 T Balsamic Vinegar

Mix in blender or food processor.

I toast the nuts. Cook the chicken in the teryaki sauce. I also marinate the chicken for a half hour prior. After that, I place the ingredients on the plate in the order they are listed! Filling and delicious!!
