2.5 chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces2 zucchini sliced2 yellow squash slicedlemon pepper seasoning2 tubes mahatma yellow saffron rice mix, prepared
Directions
is apn sprayed with non-stick spray, cook chicken pieces, seasoning with lemon pepper. slices squash and add to chicken when cooked through.. Simmer till veggies are soft. Serve over prepared mahatma rice.
