Fluffy Jello fruit Salad

Ingredients
Directions
1 16oz container of FF Coolwhip1 14oz can of Del Monte No sugar added fruit cocktail (drained)1 .6 package of sugar free jello any flavor1 16oz container of Fat free cottage cheese
mix all ingredients except coolwhip .
Then fold in cool whip gently until mixed. Don't over do it or it will lose its fluff
chill until ready to eat. Makes 8 servings. Not sure on size of servings. I need to make it and measure it out. I would say probably 3/4 of a cup.
You could use tropical fruit if you want but check and see the difference in calories. You can use the light instead of ff cool whip and cottage cheese. It doesn't add very many calories.

We've been making this stuff for years!! I love it with just a can of pineapple and one of manderines and of course marshmellows. :) Lime jello is my flavor of choice with this stuff...i make a ton of this its healthy, refreshing aaaaand it doesn't survive more than a day around here. - 6/12/14
