"Crabby" Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh: one small head chopped or shreddedScallions (or green onion) 2 medium diced1/4 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup chopped red pepper1 cup diced celeryImitation Alaskan King crab- 300 gramsKraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Mayonaise- 1/2 cupLemon juice- 2 Tbsp.Black pepper- 1 Tsp or to taste
Directions
Chop or shred cabbage and place into large bowl. Add next five ingredients; mixing all well. Add lemon juice and pepper to Fat-free mayonaise in measuring cup and stir to mix, Pour mayonaise mixture over salad and mix to coat all. Refridgerate for 1 hour before serving.
Makes 12 cups: 1 serving= 1 cup
