Tequilaless Margarita Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2c Coarsley crushed low fat pretzels1/2c Granulated Splenda1/2c Country Crock Light (melted)1 box Pilsbury Moist Classic White Cake Mix1 1/4c Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix1/3c Musselman's Light Applesauce3 egg whites1 8oz container of Cool Whip LightZest of one lime (if desired)
Directions
*Heat oven to 350 degrees, spray bottom of 13"x9" pan with non stick spray with flour

*In a medium bowl, mix pretzels, sugar and butter. Spread evenly on bottom of pan, press gently.

*In large bowl, beat cake mix, margarita mix, applesauce & egg whites. When smooth, pour over crust mixture.

*Bake at 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.

*Allow cake to cool for 2 hours and frost with whipped topping and sprinkle lime zest on top, if desired
