Stuffed Shrimp

Ingredients
1 Jalapeno, raw, cut in half, seeds removed2 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined2 oz. of colby jack cheese, divided in two3 slices of bacon, one slice cut in half
Directions
Makes 1 serving
Remove stem, cut pepper in half and remove seeds.
Place one shrimp on each half
Place 1 oz. cheese on each half
Wrap entire pepper with 1 1/2 slices of bacon, as secure as possible to hold cheese in pepper.
Secure bacon with toothpick.
Place on hot grill for about 10-15 minutes until bacon is cooked and pepper is tender.
