Low Calorie Chicken Enchalada

Ingredients
16 oz boiled boned chicken1 onion1 bell pepper8 tsp reduced calorie butter1 can light mushroom soup8 oz mild mexican cheese whiz1 cup low fat sour cream1 can green chilieslays baked tortilla chips2 oz cheddar cheese
Directions
saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender. Reduce heat to simmer add soup and cheese until melted. Remove from heat add sour cream and chillies.
In casserole dish put layer of chips just enough to cover bottom. 1/2 of the chicken, 1/2 of cheese mixture. Repeat. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
