Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup (remove)Italian Sausage, pork, 4 link, 4/lb (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garic, 1 clove, mincedZucchini, 4 cup, sliced (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
Brown Italian sausage in a large pot. Drain fat from pan. Add onions, garlic and celery. Cook, stirring frequently until onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients and just enough water to cover the vegetables. Bring to a slow boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Makes 6 generous servings.
