Fish Tacos

Ingredients

3 Cups Napa Cabbage 1/4 C Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil2 T lime juice1 package oven ready breaded fish filets (I use Trader Joe's)12 corn tortillas
Cook fish according to package directions. Stir together cabbage, mayo, and lime juice; set aside.
Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and warm in oven during last 10 minutes of fish cooking time. Remove fish from oven and cut each filet into 6 chunks.
Place 3-4 pieces of fish on each tortilla, top with 2 tablespoons of cabbage mixture. Serve with Baja Sauce, salsa, or guacamole. Serves 6

I loved this recipe! Some changes: I used the fresh trout, flour tortillas and green cabbage I had on hand. The most amazing part of this recipe is the cabbage, mayo & lime! It was unbelievable! I also used Chevy's salsa (Costco) as a topping and it was great! Loved, Loved, Loved this recipe! Yum! - 8/18/11
