Ginger Scallion Chicken

Ingredients
1.25 lbs chicken breast 1-2 inches fresh gingerginger6 scallions 3 cloves garlic1 lb green beansSoy sauce reduced sodiumchili sauce 1-2 tbs to taste
Directions
Saute chicken pieces in 1tbs oil add garlic & ginger saute till almost cooked through add green beans and cover to steam Add soy & chili sauce. cook till green beans are tender. Serve over brown rice if desired
