Egg, fresh, 1 largeRomaine Lettuce 3 cups, shredded (1 bag)Garlic, 2 clovesLemon juice, 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 0.5 tsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 cupChicken Breast, with skin, 1 poundParmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup2 anchovies
I usually boil my chicken breast first. While it is boiling I prepare the dressing. Prepare the dressing my mixing all of the ingrediants above. You must crush the garlic and anchovies until they are very small before adding them to the mixture. Wisk all of the ingrediants together until smooth. I usually keep the dressing in one container and the lettuce and parmesean in a seperate container in order to keep the lettuce fresh longer. You can also add homemade crutons by simply taking whole wheat bread and covering it with olive oil, garlic powder, italian herbs and baking it at 375 in the oven.
