Homemade Tomato Basil Veggie HotPockets

Ingredients
1 batch of tomato basil dough (my recipe)12 garden veggie patties12 slices of cheese ( I like using soy pepperjack cheese)
Directions
Cut the dough into 12 pieces.

Roll out one piece to dough. Layer 1 veggie burger and slice of cheese.

Roll out another piece of dough. Cover and seal edges really well.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour.

Let cool and then ENJOY!
