Super Spring Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4-6 cups mixed salad greens1 boneless chicken breast1 cup cherry tomatoes 1 cup blueberries1 cup raspberries1 cup sliced strawberries1/2 cup walnut pieces (or a few raw almonds!)1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bake chicken with just salt/pepper in 450 degree oven for 15-20 minutes; slice into strips when done. Cut fruits and veggies while chicken cooks.

If desired, throw in your favorite veggies (peas, carrots, peppers, etc.), everything I've tried goes well in this.

Toss fruits & veggies, & the cheeses and serve. Top each serving with about 1/4 breast of chicken and 2 Tbsp of Newman's Own Light Raspberry & Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing.

Perfect paired with oven-toasted French baguette bread
