Orange-Braised Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 loin pork chops, 1 inch thick2 tablespoons flour1/2 tsp salt2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon light brown sugar1/2 tsp ginger1 tablespoon grated orange peel1 Cup orange juice
Directions
Wipe chops with damp paper towel. Coat chops with mixture of flour and salt.
In hot oil in large skillet, brown chops well on both sides approx 10 min per side.
combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops; cover.
reduce heat; simmer 45 to 50 min, or unitl chops ar fork-tender.
