Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 16 ozEgg, fresh, 4 extra largeShrimp, raw, 16 oz (remove)Mashed Potatoes, 2 cup (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup (remove)cooking sprayother herbs you desire
Directions:
1. take a large casserole dish and spray with cooking spray.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees farenheight
3. in a dish, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, herbs, cinnamon, nutmeg,
pepper, and set aside.
4. pour the mixed vegetables in the casserole dish.
5. spread the cheesy herb mix on top of the vegetables.
6. put the shrimp on next, thawed or frozen is fine.
7. do a layer of mashed potatoes
8. mix the bread crumbs, parmesan, more herbs, and chives in a separate
bowl.
9. Sprinkle on top of potatoes.
10. bake 40-50 minutes
